Announcement    Dear Customer,

We wanted to update you on what we’re doing here at TheCaseCoveEngraves following the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Most importantly, we want to reassure you that the safety and wellbeing of our customers is our number one priority.

With recent developments around COVID-19 we have put into place the extra measures below following the advice of HM Government and the World Health Organisation:

1) We are limiting exposure to social interaction by reducing our deliveries of supplies and restricting order drop offs to the post office to once a week. During these times we will use appropriate protective equipment.
2) Masks and gloves are worn throughout every step of the production process of all phone cases.
We ensure that our studio is routinely cleaned each day using antibacterial cleaning products to create the safest working environment.
3)We will continue to monitor government guidance, so that we can react quickly as the situation evolves to protect ourselves and our customers.
